Bora-Care with Mold-Care

Bora-Care with Mold-Care is a two-part product used for control of mold and decay fungi on new construction. Bora-Care is a termiticide, insecticide and fungicide. Mold-Care is a powerful moldicide used along with Bora-Care to provide additional protection with a one-two punch to kill and control mold and decay fungi. Sprayed directly onto wood, Mold-Care soaks in, providing protection and inhibiting mold growth and decay fungi.

Bora-Care’s active ingredient is Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate (DOT), a borate mineral salt. Its patented formula allows the DOT to diffuse into the wood where it remains for years, providing treated wood with years of residual protection against wood destroying organisms such as decay fungi, termites, carpenter ants and wood boring beetles.

Mold-Care kills and prevents mold. Once applied to wood and other cellulosic materials, Bora-Care with Mold-Care kills mold and inhibits mold from growing. The active ingredient in Mold-Care is a specific industrial disinfectant similar to that used to sanitize restaurants and hospitals. This disinfectant has been formulated to be used with Bora-Care for even greater performance against mold and decay fungi.
